Who we're looking for
- Licensed Michigan P&C producers — or people willing to get licensed. We'll point you to the course and the exam.
- People who pick up the phone. Most of this job is conversations: clients, loan officers, realtors, carriers.
- Referral-minded. You like building relationships with the people who send business — and returning the favor.
- Honest to a fault. We'd rather lose a sale than put someone in the wrong policy. You should feel the same way.
- Bilingual is a plus. Michigan is diverse; so are our clients.
